Dr. Robert Hallman, a native Atlantan and an experienced dentist and dental surgeon, has been serving the metropolitan Atlanta areas for decades. Robert R. Hallman, D.D.S., completed his undergraduate work at Mars Hill College, Emory University and Georgia Tech. He received his Doctor of Dental Surgery degree from Emory University School of Dentistry and served two years in the Navy in Norfolk, Virginia. Dr. Hallman has completed 22 years of active duty in the United States Navy reserve as a Captain. He is a member of the American Dental Association, Georgia Dental Association, Northern District Dental Society of Georgia, the Hinman Dental Society, the Pankey Institute for Advanced Dental Education and Atlanta Dental Study Group.
Dr. Hallman has served as President of the Atlanta Dental Study Group and Chairman of the Northern District Dental Society’s Ethics Committee and Patient Relations Committee. He has been Chairman of the Thomas P. Hinman Meeting Reception Committee, and we are proud that our office was selected by this group to be shown on the Thomas P. Hinman Tour of Dental Offices. Because of his leadership and contributions to his profession, he was selected by the Georgia Dental Association as an Honorable Fellow. Dr. Hallman was also chosen for membership in both the American College and International College of Dentists. Both of these organizations select members who have exemplified excellence through outstanding leadership and exceptional contributions to dentistry and their communities.
In addition, Dr. Hallman is the former president of the Buckhead Kiwanis Club. He is a member of Peachtree Presbyterian Church, where he is active in the Seekers Class and works with the Habitat for Humanity and Atlanta Food Bank programs. Dr. Hallman is married and has two daughters and four young grandchildren. He is a Captain in the U.S. Navy Reserve Dental Corp.
